Social Bookmarking: Del.icio.us
Introduction
Social bookmarking puts your ‘favorites’ list on wheels! Since most of us use several different computers throughout the day--computers at home, in the classroom, the library, the computer lab-- sites like del.icio.us provide access to our favorites from any computer. More importantly you can share content-rich websites you select with your students. And even more importantly--your students can also select, share, and evaluate information using social bookmarks.
Other popular social bookmarking websites include furl, stumbeupon, and diig.
